Will Fieldnote replace my current real estate appraiser software?
For most solo real estate appraisers, yes. Fieldnote generates the same style of appraisal field notes with photos, severities, and recommendations. You can import your existing branding.
What happens if I have no cell signal on-site?
Recording works offline. Photos and audio queue locally and upload when you're back in signal. The report generates once everything's uploaded.
Can I edit the AI's output before sending?
Yes. After generation, you review every finding, edit wording, change severity, add or remove items, and reorder. Then you send.
Is my data secure?
