What we collect

When you use Fieldnote, we collect the information you give us: account details (name, email, company), inspection content (audio recordings, photos, generated reports), and basic usage data (which features you use, which pages you visit).

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not use your recordings, photos, or reports to train AI models.
• We do not share your inspection content with third parties, ever.

Processors we use

To run the service, we share limited data with carefully chosen vendors:

• Supabase — stores your account and inspection data (encrypted).
• Anthropic (Claude) — processes transcripts to generate findings. Content is not retained for training.
• Groq — transcribes audio. Content is not retained.
• Stripe — processes payments.
• Resend — delivers email.
• Vercel — hosts the application.

Your rights

You can export all your data at any time from Settings. You can delete your account, which removes all content within 30 days. You can ask us what we have on you at any time.
